We did a 18 hour road trip to Wendover, Nevada to join Trev's parents for Christmas. We bought a portable DVD player for the car which was a great distraction, but we needed to stop along the way to chase some ducks!
Ava was quite impressed with being stuck in her car seat the whole time. I spent a lot of time in the back seat trying to entertain them and keep the crying to a minimum.

The kids and I spent a lot of time in the hotel room napping,
playing,
growing an alligator, duck and other animals,
and watching movies.
Trev took Noah to the hot tub one afternoon but it was a little chilly for Noah.
