Trev and I had a really fun time with the kids this year as both were old enough to get excited about opening presents.
Trev and I were excited to give the kids two presents that we spent a lot of physical work on with building, sanding, staining and varnishing. Noah got a train table and Ava got a table for a tea set for her room. There has been many tea parties and hours spent in the basement playing with the train set.
The aftermath! I left it all day and did not clean up anything until the next day which if you know me is not my usual method :)
