We went to Kelowna this past weekend and Noah did really well and slept most of the way there. We decided to spend one night camping with him to see how he would do as we want to go camping for a week with some friends.
He had a great time escaping from the tent. He would pull the door flap down and crawl over top of it straight for the mud and any rocks or leaves he could find to eat!
We bought a gigantic tent so that we could fit his playpen in and he crawled from one end to the other, over our legs, onto the suitcases and back again. He did this over and over until he wore himself out.
When I was born my dad got this sleeping bag from his co-workers. It may look like it belongs to Rainbow Brite but it worked really well.
If you look closely you can see the Noah sleeps with his eyes open just like Trev. It is scary to wake up in the middle of the night and see this eyeball staring at you! Noah slept through the night until about 6 am and realized that we were there beside him so of course he wanted to sleep with us. It is very difficult sharing a sleeping bag with a squirmy child. We will definitely take him camping again.

wow I totally remember that sleeping bag. That is so cute he has one his size.
